Job Description

  • Base Location: Battaramulla, Head Office

  • Remuneration: Negotiable. An attractive remuneration (Salary, allowances, and sales commission) would be offered, subject to qualifications, experience, skills, and attitude.

Position Objective

This role is pivotal in managing our island-wide partners/ local distributors network, and driving success through fostering solid relationships with internal teams, key accounts, and customers. Responsibilities include meeting monthly and annual revenue targets while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

1. Foster strong customer relationships, ensuring timely support and collaboration with internal teams for smooth order execution and issue resolution.

2. Exceed annual revenue targets by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities within the existing key account portfolio.

3. Identify and onboard new partners/ local distributors through targeted prospecting and compelling presentations.

4. Develop and execute plans for supporting key accounts, analyzing market trends and activities to drive sales growth and KPIs.

5. Maintain proactive communication with customers, addressing their needs promptly to ensure high satisfaction levels and foster long-term loyalty.

Minimum Qualifications and Attributes

  • Age below 35 years.
  • Minimum one year of experience in Sales & Marketing.
  • A diploma or equivalent qualification in Sales & Marketing will be an added advantage.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Sinhala / Tamil.
  • General IT skills in Email, Internet, and Microsoft Office packages.
  • Effective presentation abilities.
  • Proficient in planning, coordination, and task management.
  • Demonstrated ability to work well in teams and good in relationship management.
  • Having a valid driving/ riding license will be an advantage but not essential.
